Meet the Staff

A little about me; I have 3 children. Anna is 21 and has 2 kiddos off her own. Stella will be 2 in June and Madi is 4 months. She is getting married this October.
Logan is 20, he lives with my disabled dad in Sedgwick and helps take care of him.
And Kaitlyn is 11. She will be starting 6th grade this fall in Goessel.

I have been with my husband Chris since 2003. We live in Walton where we are both members of the fire dept (he is the chief). He is also the police chief in Walton (big city) and works full time for the city of Newton as a street supervisor.
I am a firefighter/ EMT. I have years of childcare experience, both owning my own daycare and working in centers.

I do not live at the daycare house, the entire place is dedicated to the daycare, learning spaces, playrooms, and nap rooms. My life’s goal is to make your kiddo feel as close to being at home as possible. I have endless amounts of love for all ages! I also have an incredibly big place in my heart for special needs kiddos, and they are always welcome here! I welcome you to set up a tour. I’m always looking for feedback both good and bad! Hello! My name is Elizabeth Dyche. While I was out of work for hand surgery over the summer, I got to help out at the daycare.

I currently work for Johns Manville in McPherson as a lead trainer on crew. I am also off on a new adventure in life and returned to school for accounting! I am part of the Koch Industries Accounting Apprenticeship Program and will soon leave the comfort of my job now, to embark on a new adventure with Koch Industries. I am a Kansas State University graduate; where I took social work, elementary education, and sociology course work.

I had the joy of getting to know these kiddos and would not trade that time for anything! You may see me around, but I keep pretty busy between school and work.

I help out in the background with keeping the website up to date and a few other clerical items.

Hello! My name is Madison Paradise! I am 18 years old and I graduated from Sedgwick High School last May. I am currently attending HCC to earn my associates in Elementary Education, and I hope to earn my Bachelor's from ESU. I have always loved playing and working with kids, so I figured, not only is this job a great opportunity, but teaching will be as well!

When I was little I attended Miss Crystal's daycare and I loved it! It felt like a second home to me. Getting to have this full circle moment is so cool and I am so excited to spend time with all these kiddos and get to know them and their families! I cannot wait for all the great things we will do together in the future.
