Sunshine and Rainbows is now enrolling!
We are a licensed in-home setting through the State of Kansas. We accept DCF and participate in the food program through Childcare Links.
Sunshine and Rainbows childcare center is an in-home care setting. We offer personalized childcare for children 2 weeks to 5 years of age. Our in-home setting allows our staff to work hands on with the kids to help them learn skills such as, brushing teeth, expressing emotions, fine motor skills and development, along with family style dinning that gives children the opportunity to be selective in their meal.
We have great opportunities to do different crafts and help the children express their individuality. When weather allows, we take the opportunity to be outside with the children. We encourage them to play and create!

My Story
Hello,
My name is Crystal Harmon, the owner of Sunshine and Rainbows. I have been in childcare for 12+ years. I started my company in my home and was able to grow as my numbers did!
I have 3 children, and 2 granddaughters of my own and a loving and supportive husband who has helped me in this journey.
On my off time, I enjoy being with my family, hosting family gatherings, going to the dirt track races during the season, and volunteering for my community. I am a volunteer Firefight and EMT for Walton, KS, and my family is very involved in the community as my husband is the local police Chief.

Kids are my passion and helping them learn and express feelings and grow skills is what makes my heart happy. My motto is "anytime you want to get your hands dirty with crafting, come to Aunt Crystal".
